The official countdown to summer has begun and we are thrilled to share this summer salad with you. After all summer is the best season for watermelon so we couldn’t help but make this the main ingredient in the salad. The combination of balsamic vinegar, watermelon, feta cheese and chiles serranos are just perfect. If you have little ones or those who are not crazy for chile you can simply skip that ingredient. It’s a great salad for those barbecues that will be coming up or you can also make it your salad for a day at the beach. This salad is so versatile that it is perfect for any occasion. Buen Provecho!
